What if you can't fix my problem?
If we can't fix it remotely (maybe it's a hardware issue), you don't pay. We'll explain what we found and recommend next steps - whether that's bringing it to a repair shop or replacing a component.
What if the problem comes back?
If the same issue returns within 7 days, we'll fix it for free. Just contact us and we'll set up another session at no charge.
Do you offer discounts for multiple issues?
Yes! If you have 2-3 issues to fix in the same session, we'll bundle them together. Usually about 30% off compared to individual sessions.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. Payment is after the session is complete and you're satisfied with the fix.
What if the problem is bigger than expected?
We'll stop and tell you. If we quoted $70 but discover it's actually a $140 issue, we'll explain what we found and let you decide whether to proceed. No surprises.
Do you have monthly plans?
Not right now. We prefer simple per-issue pricing. You only pay when you need help - no recurring charges eating into your budget for services you might not use.
