We Diagnose & Fix
Now we can see your system information and run diagnostic commands. We'll identify the problem - whether it's a software conflict, a misconfiguration, or something else - and fix it.

Session Ends, App Disappears
When we're done, click the big red "Disconnect" button. The app closes and leaves nothing behind. Your computer is fixed, and there's no lingering software.

We can view technical information that helps us diagnose problems:
- System Information - Windows version, computer name, memory, disk space
- Error Logs - Windows Event Viewer entries that show what's going wrong
- Running Programs - What software is currently running and using resources
- Hardware Health - CPU temperature, disk health, memory status
- Network Settings - IP address, DNS configuration (for internet issues)
Your emails, photos, documents, browser history, passwords, or any personal files. We only look at system-level information needed to diagnose technical problems.
Our support app has a big, obvious disconnect button. If you ever feel uncomfortable or just need to step away, click it. The session ends immediately. No questions asked.
DISCONNECT
You can also simply close the app window, unplug your internet, or turn off your computer. Any of these will end the session safely.
Is this safe?
Yes. We use encrypted connections, the session code expires quickly, and dangerous commands (like formatting your hard drive) are automatically blocked. Plus, you can disconnect anytime.
Can you see my passwords?
No. We can't see your saved passwords, browser data, or anything you type. We only see system diagnostic information.
What if I need to leave during the session?
Just click Disconnect. We can create a new session when you're ready to continue. Sessions don't save state between connections.
Does the app stay on my computer?
No. When you close the app, it's gone. It doesn't install anything or leave files behind. If you need support again, you'll download it fresh with a new session code.
Can you connect without my knowledge later?
Absolutely not. Each session requires a new 6-digit code that only lasts 15 minutes. Without you running the app and entering a fresh code, there's no way to connect.
