Download the Agent
Download the small BeFriendly Remote Agent below. It's a one-time file — no installation wizard, no subscription, nothing left behind after the session.

Run as Administrator
Right-click the downloaded file and choose "Run as administrator". This lets us read system information to diagnose your issue.

Enter Your Code
Your technician will give you a 6-digit code over the phone. Enter it in the app window. You're connected — you'll see every action in real-time.

What the Code Entry Looks Like
Your technician will read out your unique 6-digit code. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
Need Help Connecting?
- If Windows warns about an unknown publisher — click "More info" → "Run anyway". This is normal for new software.
- If your antivirus blocks the download — temporarily disable it, download, then re-enable. The agent is safe.
- If you can't download — ask your technician to walk you through it over the phone.
- Code expired? Ask your technician to generate a new one — it only takes seconds.
